Free will and Individuality was an invention of the enlightenment. This ideology was realized the first time with the United States Declaration of Independence. Particularly the liberalism was supporter of this ideology and had a great effect of the development in Europe in the second half of the 19th century. Especially in the second half of the 20th the activity of the state increases. Under this process our own freedom suffer. Because we are restricted in our actions by (with) state rules.
Meanwhile the human rights become in the most Europe countries to a natural condition, extent parts of Africa and Asien are always governed by dictator.
